We offer a $20 flat rate shipping fee for most small orders within Canada, shipped via Canada Post parcel service. This is a trackable service. Larger packages or delicate items requiring additional protection (such as German holiday items) will incur additional shipping fees. Please keep in mind that we are way up North and Canada is a big place. Postal service takes longer to and from our area, particularly during the holiday season.

For Mail Order Returns & Exchanges
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if there are any problems with your order. We offer exchange or store credit on eligible purchases (no refunds). Items must be in unused / unworn condition with original tags & packaging intact. Please note that purchasers are responsible for shipping costs both ways for exchanges and returns.
Discounted / sale items are as-is, final sale and are not eligible for return. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges for holiday/seasonal, personal care or consumable products.
Local Returns & Exchanges
Merchandise in its original packaging & unused/unworn condition may be returned for exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase - with receipt.
