We offer a $15 flat rate shipping fee for most small orders within Canada, shipped via Canada Post parcel service. This is a trackable service. Larger packages or delicate items requiring additional protection (such as German holiday items) may incur additional shipping fees. Please keep in mind that we are way up North and Canada is a big place. Postal service takes longer to and from our area, particularly during the holiday season.
In a hurry? No problem. Please contact us and we can arrange a faster shipping option, subject to applicable Canada Post rates.

This is not a trackable service and we cannot assume responsibility for lost packages. Larger or more delicate items that require additional care may incur additional postage fees. Please keep in mind that we are way up North and customs clearance and US domestic shipping times are beyond our control. Postal service from Canada to the US takes much longer.

At this time, our web shop is only set up to ship within Canada and the United States. If you’re an International customer, contact us with your address & items you'd like to purchase and we’ll look into shipping rates for your area.
For Mail Order Returns & Exchanges
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if there are any problems with your order. We offer exchange or store credit on eligible purchases (no refunds). Items must be in unused / unworn condition with original tags & packaging intact. Please note that purchasers are responsible for shipping costs both ways for exchanges and returns.
Discounted / sale items are as-is, final sale and are not eligible for return. We are also not able to accept returns or exchanges for holiday/seasonal, personal care or consumable products.
Local Returns & Exchanges
Merchandise in its original packaging & unused/unworn condition may be returned for exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase - with receipt.
