We are working hard to stay available to you during this unusual period. Our current customer service hours for in store purchases and local pick up are Tues - Sat 10-5. Holiday hours may vary.
Whitehorse customers who have opted for local pick up, please allow one business day for us to prepare your order. Feel free to call ahead 456-4663 to confirm it's ready to go!
We welcome in-store visits, however please note the following Covid-19 protocols:
- Enter via our hallway gate entrance. We are limiting store capacity to ensure a safe & comfortable visit for all customers and our staff.
- Please don't shop in groups & limit your browsing time.
- Please remember to wear a face mask & use the hand sanitizer provided on entry.
- Maintain physical distancing of 2 metres from staff / other customers.
- Please book an appointment to discuss EQ3 furniture. Our showroom access is imited during peak periods.
- Our staff speak for us so please follow and respect these protocols for everyone's comfort and safety.
If you or anyone in your household have travelled outside the Yukon within the past 14 days, please choose our online shopping option or plan to visit us another time. If you or anyone in your household / "pod" is ill, please refrain from visiting until you are fully recovered. Together we will get to the other side of this!
